Through this opportunity, the TOWN seeks to establish an innovative, solutions-oriented design toward the improvements and widening of this major roadway corridor from a two-lane rural roadway to a desert parkway arterial roadway. The OFFEROR's Team for this project should be multi-disciplinary and shall include expertise in all appropriate areas of arterial roadway design.
