Prevailing Wage Monitoring & Enforcement: Pursuant to California Labor Code 1771.4(a)(4) the work is subject to payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. Every Contractor and all Subcontractors of every tier, performing any portion of the work, shall pay laborers not less than the Prevailing Wage Rate established for the labor provided. Prevailing Wage monitoring and enforcement shall be by the Department of Industrial Relations Upgrade control valves and pneumatic valves, replace all supply and exhaust lab valves. Replace reheat coils, upgrade controls to DDC and integrate into existing building DDC system. Replace fume hood controls and sensors with new DDC controls. Convert labs from constant volume to variable volume system for energy savings, provide power to new DDC controls and lab valves where required. And minor ceiling repairs where lab valves are replaced. Planned Duration: Eighty Three (83) calendar days.
