The East Fourth Storm Drainage Improvement Project will study a drainage area of approximately 50 acres. If storm drainage improvements are needed, the project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. This project area runs along East 4th Street from Barnette Place to Little Sugar Creek. As of March 1, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
