PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This will be a Construction Manager-at-Risk Project pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 34. This project is for the construction of a segment of Sweetwater Avenue from Sarival Avenue to SR303. This new section of Sweetwater Avenue will have two lanes in each direction with a two-way left turn lane down the middle. Sweetwater Avenue will provide an additional route for traffic into and out of the Prasada Entertainment district The City of Surprise intends to procure a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) to construct the improvements described in Section 3 above. This project will be constructed pursuant to A.R.S. 34-601 et seq. The total program budget for the project is approximately $4.27M, including direct and indirect costs for the entire project.
