Pickup of High Performance Asphalt for the Period January 1, 2022 Through December 31, 2022 Bids must be made on standard RFB forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications; enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, designating the name of the bid on the outside, addressed to the Director of Purchasing. Bids must be mailed or delivered to the Division of Purchasing, County of Monmouth, Hall of Records, 3 rd Floor, 1 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728. THIS IS AN OPEN-END SUPPLY CONTRACT. The goods and/or services are on-call if and when needed throughout the duration of the contract term. The quantities bid are estimates and the County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, using unit prices, by up to a maximum of 100%. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.1 et seq., orders placed within the minimum and maximum number of units shall not be considered a change order. The County may terminate the contract whenever the amount incurred under the contract exceeds the maximum number of units. The County of Monmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
