Replace portions of the security fencing as indicated in the contract drawings and maintain facility security. Make improvements to the facility's parking lot and stabilize the existing shoreline by constructing an armor stone revetment. Demobilize once work is complete. 88th Army Reserve Center (ARC), Duluth, MN 1. This requirement is 100% small business set aside 2. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990, w hich has a small business size standard of $39.5 Million in average annual receipts. 3. PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and usersNote: Block 11 contains full information for determining the performance period. The Contractor is cautioned NOT to make any additions, deletions, or other modifications to this block. Reference FAR 52.211-10 Alt I for performance. REQUIRED INSURANCE The Contractor shall obtain and maintain minimum levels of insurance for the duration of the contract performance period. The Contractor shall identify the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as certificate holder on all insurance policies associated with the execution of this contract and shall notify the Contracting Officer's Representative of any cancellations or changes to the subject insurance policies. The following minimum requirements shall be met: a) Workers' compensation and employer's liability. Contractors are required to comply with applicable Federal and State workers' compensation and occupational disease statutes. If occupational diseases are not compensable under those statutes, they shall be covered under the employer's liability section of the insurance policy, except when contract operations are so commingled with a contractor's commercial operations that it would not be practical to require this coverage. Employer's liability coverage of at least Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) shall be required, except in States with exclusive or monopolistic funds that do not permit workers' compensation to be written by private carriers. b) General liability. The Contractor shall provide bodily injury liability insurance coverage written on the comprehensive form of policy of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence. c) Automobile liability. The Contractor shall provide automobile liability insurance written on the comprehensive form of policy. The policy shall provide for bodily injury and property damage liability covering the operation of all automobiles used in connection with performing the contract. Policies covering automobiles operated in the United States shall provide coverage of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit. The amount of liability coverage on other policies shall be commensurate with any legal requirements of the locality and sufficient to meet normal and customary claims. d) Excess or umbrella liability. The Contractor shall provide liability insurance coverage for claims valued in excess of the other stated general and specific insurance requirements. This may be provided via an excess liability policy or via an umbrella liability policy. Such coverage will be rated to a value at least Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) per occurrence. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
