Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the University pavilion. The scope of the project includes alterations of study rooms 328, 328A, 327, 329, 338, 334, 341 and 342 for the creation of two large computer laboratories as well as several small adjoining rooms that can be used for meetings and team work (master's students). TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in spring 2023.
