Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Roseville is now accepting bid proposals for the Roseville Aquatics Complex (RAC) Slide Procurement and Installation Project. The scope of work for the base bid includes: labor, materials, equipment, and engineering to furnish and install one outdoor body flume ride inclusive of fiberglass flume components, flume support system, starting platform with shade structure, stair, railing, and steps, and concrete footings and foundations. Removal of existing pool slide and associated piping, removal and replacement of water play structure and associated piping, pool deck modifications, removal and replacement of existing pool and water play structure equipment, and replaster of existing recreation pool shall be by separate contract. All questions prior to the deadline for bid submissions shall be directed to the attention of Heather Buck via Electronically. The deadline for submission of questions and clarifications regarding the Contract Documents is September 21, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Only Addenda issued by the City are binding. The City of Roseville does not guarantee the accuracy of any forms, plans, or project manuals obtained through outside sources other than the City of Roseville.
