Reference Number : 1523951 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-09-17 Electronic submission accepted: No he Municipality of Lanoraie requires submissions for: Road repairs - Rang Saint-Henri and Saint-Jean-Baptiste Purpose of the contract: the Municipality plans to carry out work to replace culverts as well as paving on rang Saint-Henri and Saint-Jean-Baptiste (+- 3,950 m) during the year 2022. The bidder who is will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the municipality on September 3, 2021. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all submissions. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. This offer is conditional on the confirmation of the approval by the MAMH (Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing) of the loan by-law. A tender guarantee of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the tender. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
