Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The Elmhurst Park District is accepting bids for the following identified project: Courts Plus Group Exercise HVAC Project. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the base bid will be required to accompany bid proposals. The Elmhurst Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Provide new packaged rooftop unit utilizing existing curb connecting to existing duct drops with flexible connections. Provide hot gas re-heat for humidity control. The associated thermostats shall be replaced with new DDC temperature/humidity combination zone sensor. Alternate #1- provide new supply and return diffusers in fitness supervisor office connecting into existing ductwork. Alternate #2- provide new supply and return diffusers in data room connecting into existing ductwork. Alternate #3- EC to provide break out pricing to provide new 90A fuse
