Demolition, site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to an office development in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; and for the renovation of a office development.
Project consists of demolition of a portion of the existing office space on the first floor, construction of new offices and associated support spaces, an update to the corresponding mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the reorganization and re-striping of the existing parking lots. In specific, design of spaces for paratransit operators that occupy the building with live/work spaces in mind, with upgrades to current building security Questions regarding the Bids shall be directed to David Moore, Procurement Manager at Procurement@gotriangle.org. Go Triangle reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. GoTriangle has established a specific DBE goal of 15 % percent for this contract. However, DBE participation is encouraged in the capacity either of the prime contractor or of subcontractor. Bidders are required to document their activities in the solicitation and selection of subcontractors to ensure that this process is carried out in a nondiscriminatory manner. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued, as of September 17, 2021.
