UPT21-9.1 SANITARY SEWER PIPEWORK CONTRACT NO. UPT21-9.2 PUMP STATION GENERAL/MECHANICAL CONTRACT NO. UPT21-9.3 PUMP STATION ELECTRICAL Construction of a sanitary sewer collection and conveyance system and a pump station with a forcemain connection to an existing sanitary sewer system. The new sanitary sewer system will provide service to 117 existing houses. Additionally, existing ADA pedestrian ramps and inlet top units be within the project area will be replaced. Work includes milling and overlay of roadways impacted by the project. G&A FILE NO. 18-11043T The work to be performed on this project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to install approximately 13,700 linear feet of eight-inch diameter SDR26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe and 1,100 linear feet of eight-inch diameter Ductile Iron Pipe with 74 precast concrete manholes and associated appurtenances. The eightinch diameter sanitary sewer pipe will be installed in Fruit Farm Road, Whitford Drive, Rosemont Lane, Brookdale Drive, Old State Road, Marshwood Drive, and in easements as shown on the Contract Drawings and as described in the Contract Specifications. The project also includes furnishing and installing SDR26 PVC and Class 52 DIP wye fittings and six-inch diameter SDR26 PVC and six-inch diameter Class 52 Dip sanitary sewer pipe laterals to the right-of-way line of the existing streets or easement line for each existing residence. The project also includes the construction of a pump station and forcemain. Contract No.: 21-9.1 - Sanitary Sewer Pipework The work to be performed on this project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to install approximately 13,678 linear feet of eight (8) inch diameter SDR26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe and 647 linear feet of eight (8) inch diameter Ductile Iron Pipe with 74 precast concrete manholes and associated appurtenances. The eight (8) inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe will be installed in Fruit Farm Road, Whitford Drive, Rosemont Lane, Brookdale Drive, Old State Road, Marshwood Drive, and in easements as shown on the Contract Drawings and as described in the Contract Specifications. The project also includes furnishing and installing wye fittings and six (6) inch diameter SDR26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe laterals to the right-of-way line of the existing streets for each existing residence. The project will also include the milling and pavement resurfacing of Fruit Farm Road, Whitford Drive, Rosemont Lane, Brookdale Drive, Old State Road, Marshwood Drive, and a portion of Paddington Drive to the depths and limits as shown on the Contract Drawings and as described in the Contract Specifications. Contract No.: 21-9.2 - Pump Station General/Mechanical The Work to be performed under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to construct the General/Mechanical components of the proposed Tindey Run Pump Station in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA, consisting of, but not limited to the wet well, valve chamber, pump station ductile iron force main from the wet well to the pipe transitioning coupling located outside of the valve chamber, control building, control panels, odor control system, site work, driveway, fencing and gates, stormwater system, drainage piping, water service, meter pit, yard piping, yard hydrant, gravity sewer from five (5) feet from Manhole No. 2 to pump station, and erosion and sedimentation controls for pump station site. The Work to be performed under this contract also consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to construct approximately 237 linear feet of 4-inch PVC C900 DR18 sanitary force main from the pump station valve chamber to Existing MH-2 located within Iroquois Drive in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA, as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. Contract No.: 21-9.3 - Pump Station Electrical The Work to be performed under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to construct the Electrical and HVAC components of the proposed Tindey Run Pump Station consisting of, but not limited to the standby generator, telephone dialer communications (dialer by GC), exhaust fan control panel, interior and exterior lighting, exhaust fan, louvers and dampers, unit heater, concrete reinforced ductbanks including excavation and restoration, equipment racks and boxes, utility transformer vault, transformer primary and secondary conductors and raceways, meter pan, service disconnect, automatic transfer switch, panelboard, disconnect switches, raceways and conductors, receptacles, and electrical wiring and raceways to all equipment and instrumentation, variable frequency motor controllers and associated line reactors, grounding, electrical studies, smoke alarms, intrusion switches and associated relays, as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications
