Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Coalville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Deadline to Submit Questions by… September 9th, 2021 at 2:00 PM Anticipated Construction Completion Date… May 13th, 2022 This project consists of but is not limited to improvements to Echo State Park. Existing buildings and bathrooms will be removed and the ground will be leveled and regraded for paved boat and day use parking. A new 11-cabin camping area will be constructed. New buildings, including a fee station, will be constructed as well as a new entrance to improve safety entering and exiting the park. A new pre-fabricated restroom building will be set in place and a new underslab Hydronic Radiant Heat system will need to be provided under the building. A new well control building will be constructed that will need to include a full water treatment/chloritization system. Work will include the design and construction of a new water tank and construction of the water distribution system. An extensive sewer system will also be constructed. A dump station near Coalville City will be built with water and sewer connections. Gramoll Construction is currently requesting Plumbing and HVAC bids on the project. As of January 7, 2022 construction is underway
