Capitol Region Watershed District (CRWD) is seeking sealed bids for the Trout Brook Interceptor Storm Tunnel Repair Project Sta. 28+65 to 52+80 located in St. Paul, MN The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and skills and performing all operations required to perform tunnel repairs between the fall 2021 and winter 2022. The Work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, installation of erosion and water control measures, crack and concrete repairs, reinforcement sealing, invert repair and other work, all as provided for in the contract documents. Perform concrete repair, 1/8"-2" depth Perform reinforcement sealing Perform reinforcement spacer sealing Perform concrete repair, >4" depth Perform invert repair Install manhole steps Abandon existing taps Perform limestone block joint repair Repair access hatches Remove debris within the tunnel Perform tunnel soil cover repairs and fill placement.
