Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 11,500-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Construction of a 11,500 square foot prototype community center at the park. The project will also replace the existing playground, add additional parking, add a dog park, upgrade the walking trail system and enhance/protect the unique environmental areas in the park. As of July 08, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2024. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
