Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Ridgefield, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 15,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Pursuant to RCW 39.80, Ridgefield School District invites qualified architectural firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Architectural Services for the design and construction administration services for a 15,000 square foot, 2-story addition to the existing Ridgefield High School campus. The Board of Directors of the District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions thereof. The Board also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
