Critical Repairs at Crockett High School The scope includes critical repairs to the Crockett High School Campus. The Work consists of renovation to the Life Skills Classrooms, removal and replacement of millwork, replacement of residential appliances, painting, and other interior finishes, repairs to roof and structural reinforcement as needed where HVAC equipment is removed/ replaced, replacement of various aging HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures throughout the campus, and access control repair and improvements at select locations. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of a two-story Elementary School building with drilled piers, slab-on grade and structural steel frame. Exterior and interior walls are steel stud framing typical, with masonry cavity walls at cafeteria, gym and kitchen spaces. Exterior finish materials include brick and stone veneer, metal wall panels, and a built-up roofing system. The facility will house pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and grades one through five. It includes a gymnasium, a cafetorium with platform, kitchen, specialty classrooms (art and music room), and ancillary support spaces. Exterior improvements include walkway canopies, a concrete fire access road, concrete staff and visitor parking, landscaping, playscapes and Outdoor Learning Spaces. Additional site amenities include fencing, utilities, a rainwater collection system and storm water management facilities.
