It is the City's intent that the successful Firm will be involved for the full duration of the design development, preparation of construction and bidding documents, and construction administration phases of the project. The successful Firm, its subsidiaries, parent entities, partners, other entities that share common ownership or control, and/or any subconsultant firms utilized for this project, are prohibited from bidding on the construction phase of this project. This project will design a 24-inch and 27-inch sewer trunkline from Arrington Road to the Lick Creek Trunkline in Lick Creek Park. Design phase services will include survey, preparation of easement documents, and route study. Construction phase services will include materials testing, monthly progress meetings, submittal and pay application review.
