The Pinal County Board of Supervisors hereby invites vendors to submit proposals for the following - Eleven Mile Corner Road Wastewater Treatment Facility System Upgrade The Pinal County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any or all proposals as may be determined in the best interest of the County. The Contractor shall adhere to the following minimum specifications, performance requirements and all terms and conditions within this contract. Pinal County is requesting proposals to upgrade the wastewater treatment facility at 11 Mile Corner Rd. A qualified Contractor is to install four new HDPE liners, as well as new valves and 2 aerators pumps on ponds one (1) and two (2). Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits and licenses, bonds and every other expense necessary to remove and dispose of sludge, as well as remove and replace wastewater pond liners and aeration pumps. All work, including, earthwork, trenching, backfilling, bedding and pavement shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract. Owner Estimated / Probable construction cost is $625,000.00 The Contractor shall adhere to the following minimum specifications, performance requirements and all terms and conditions within this contract.
