Site work and paving for a civil project in Wallaceburg, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The work is located on Kerr Line within the Township of St. Clair; approximately 3km east of Kimball Rd., crossing West Otter Creek. The work includes: - Demolition and disposal of existing concrete and steel structure - Supply and place new pre-cast open footing concrete culvert - Drainage improvements - Steel beam guiderail - Restoration It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
