Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Keene, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Undertaking of the design engineering services required during the design, tendering, construction, commissioning, and warranty periods of the following : Replacement of the existing asphalt layer (50 mm) and regarding of granular shoulders for the two-lane road (7.0 m width); o Consistent shoulder construction (1 m wide); o The addition of a 3 m wide multi-use path on the north side of the roadway o Supply and installing of a 200-millimeter perforated subdrain beneath the multi-use path on the north side of the roadway; o Relocation of fixed object hazards outside the 3 m clear zone o Provision of illumination along the entire length of the road, approximately 40 streetlights; and o Replacement of approximately 30 cross culverts TIMELINE: Owner will not release engineering firm hired. Updates will be made if tenders are released for construction. Construction has been discontinued at this time. All inquiries are to be directed to the owner.
