The Work includes, but is not limited to, completing a study to identify and recommend options for beneficial uses of treated wastewater from existing Region wastewater systems, including: Quantifying and qualifying resources that can be captured from wastewater treated at the Region's Water Resource Recovery Facilities and water from groundwater dewatering sites, including but not limited to water and nutrients including phosphorus. Market analysis to determine potential reuse customers and specific uses for each Facility. The delivery of four Technical Memoranda and a Final Report to the Region. Based on the Work, the Final Report must reveal the viability for the Region to capture benefits from the resources that can be extracted from its wastewater treatment and groundwater dewatering systems. Facilities: Keswick Water Resource Facility - groundwater dewatering/final effluent - 153 Morton Ave, Keswick; Schomberg Water Resource Recovery Facility - final effluent - 5 Dillabe Drive, Schomberg; Mount Albert Water resource Recovery Facility - final effluent - 5866 Doane Rd, Mount Albert; Major Mackenzie, Grade separation, groundwatering, approx address: major Mackenzie Drive Grade Separation with CP Railway Freight Corridor, east of Highway 50, city of Vaughan; Stouffville Production Well #3 - groundwater dewatering - 12519 Tenth Line, Whitechurch-Stouffville. *Consultant has been awarded, final report is due by July 29, 2022, contract period ending August 31, 2022. Construction has not been identified at this stage.
