Site work and new construction of a library in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,735-square-foot, one-story above grade library; and for site work for a library.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Apri 12, 2024 and construction is underway. Completion is slated for early 2026. The Project consists of furnishing material, labor, equipment, tools, and other incidentals required to construct the facilities and make them complete for occupancy by Pasco County Libraries. A. The Work consists of construction of a new, one-story Library, with bearing concrete block exterior walls with stucco and brick veneer cladding, interior steel column structure, with a rolled-member steel roof system with TPO membrane and standing seam metal roof systems. B. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract.
