Question due 12PM on September 20,2021 Contract term: Completed by December 31, 2021 The City of Troy, NY will be selecting one (1) contractor for the work to be performed and it is the intent that the site utilities and general construction shall be completed on or before December 31, 2021. All work shall be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday unless otherwise directed from the City. Refer to all documents which include: Plans and Bid Specifications. A Contract Documents CD may be obtained at the City of Troy, NY City Hall 433 River Street, Suite 5001, Troy, New York 12180 between the hours of 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM. A fee of $20 in cash, bank or certified check payable to the City of Troy will be required for each CD or thumb drive. Hard copies of the Contract Documents will not be available for purchase. Bidders requesting the Contract Document CD by mail shall include an additional nonrefundable check payable to the City of Troy in the amount of $15 per set to cover costs of handling and mailing, unless an account is provided to cover shipping costs.
