Site work for a water / sewer project in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the extension of 24" trunk sewer main from the existing 24" main at the intersection of 143rd Ave and Seger Drive to the Country Road Lift Station with a total length of approximately 1.5 miles. The need for this project has been identified by the City's Utility System Master Plan. Peak Sewer flows contributing to the Country Road Lift Station have exceeded the lift station capacity and this project will allow for the decommissioning of the lift station. The roads impacted by the sewer construction will be rebuilt as rural pavement sections.
