Sectors The equipment to be inspected is located in establishments divided into three different Sectors: Fire extinguishing systems - North Sector Fire extinguishing systems - West Sector Fire extinguishing systems - South Sector This contract for execution on request will be awarded to a single tenderer, ie to the lowest compliant tenderer for the total of the 3 sectors identified in the tender form. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Entrepreneur licenses To be eligible to submit an offer under this project, the tenderer must hold a contractor's license in fire extinguishing systems (category 13.3) issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and attach a copy to his tender. Workforce qualifications The labor will be provided by the successful tenderer and must be fully qualified to verify that the equipment is in good working order in accordance with the original specifications of the manufacturers. The successful tenderer will be held fully responsible for the actions of its employees during the term of the contract. At all times and for all types of work, the technicians of the contractor called upon to intervene within the framework of this contract must have held for at least two (2) years a certificate of competence of fire protection mechanic at journeyman level. Duration The contract is for a period of 1 year or at the date of award until 1 st November 2022, may be renewed for two additional periods of one year, at the sole discretion of CSSMB.
