The scope of work consists of restoring the main roof as well as the gallery and the exterior stairs. The restoration of the main roof includes the replacement of the roof covering and the dormers, the restoration of the wood components of the roof, the painting of the snow guards, the installation of new gutters and the restoration of the storm windows of the dormers. . The restoration of the galleries and exterior staircases includes the replacement of the roof covering of the galleries, award is subject to final approval.
