The other portion of the project is located approx. 900 LF north of the portion The project includes the construction of PCC pavement, related storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, subdrain, earthwork, channel excavation, and SWPPP controls generally located west of the future intersection of S. Grand Prairie Parkway and Grand Ave. Est. Completion Date: Nov. 1, 2022 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None Terracon Project No. 08205265-01 CDA PROJECT NO. 2011.658 Work on said project shall commence within ten (10) days of the written notice to proceed. The water main and fiber optic installation along Grand Avenue shall be installed and operational by July 1, 2022 and all other work shall be completed by November 1, 2022
