As of April 24, 2023, an architect has been selected for the project, but a general contractor has not yet. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Full architectural services (programming through construction administration) for an approximately 20,000SF warehouse facility located on the Maricopa County Durango Campus (approximately 27th Ave and Lower Buckeye Rd.).
