As of January 14, 2025, project is awarded to Cinderella Partners, Inc., in the amount of f $879,545.24. As of November 19, 2024, per addendum 1, the bid date has been extended from November 20, 2024 to November 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Renovation of the Rocky River Golf Course Clubhouse. Work includes structural renovations, kitchen remodel, plumbing, mechanical and electrical upgrades, siding replacement, window and door replacement as well as a new pergola installation.
