Clark County Public Transportation Benefit Area (dba C-TRAN) has issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Re-Issue of 2021-38 65th Campus Development Temporary Chain Link Construction Fencing. The budgeted project cost is estimated between $45,000.00 to $52,000.00. C-TRAN is soliciting bids from rental companies interested in furnishing and installing approximately 1,400 linear feet of temporary chain link fencing along the perimeter of our Facility at 2425 NE 65th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98661. This temporary fencing is needed to provide limited access to major construction activities beginning in the Fall of 2021 and potentially continuing into 2023. The rented temporary fencing should consist of a minimum height of six (6) feet, with panel length size subject to availability. All panels should be made of galvanized steel chain link fencing on a steel frame, and potentially three (3) rows of razor wire along the top. The Contractor shall perform all clearing and grubbing as may be necessary to provide a level ground to place all the panels. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to install the panel fencing and needed gates for CTRAN access. Access points at gates must be lockable when personnel are not present to maintain a secure site. The fencing must have signs warning of safety risks of trespassing, and the legal penalties associated with such violations. Any remaining materials will be disposed of at the Contractor's cost, in a legally acceptable manner.
