The Toronto District School Board intends to secure contracts with a qualified Bidder(s) for the Supply of Benches for Toronto District School Board. The supply of Benches for the TDSB shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below. Term: Successful Bidders will be required to enter into a contract with firm pricing which will be effective for a Two (2) year period. The Board reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the Board, to exercise an option to extend for Four (4) additional One (1) year periods at pricing agreed to by both parties. The successful Bid(s) will require approval by the Board of Trustees prior to contract award. The terms and conditions of the extension option would remain the same as for the initial contract period. Shortlisted vendors may be required to submit a sample(s) after the bid has closed. The Board reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.
