New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 236,984-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and one-story above grade parking garage.
Construction of a new Community Recreation Centre as part of the new Crosstown Community in Don Mills. The new Don Mills Community Recreation Centre will include a Gymnasium, Aquatic Centre and Twin-Pad Ice Arena + 1 level of underground parking to accommodate 149 stalls. It is targeted to be a Net Zero Emissions Building (Net Zero Green House Gas Emissions and potentially Net Zero Energy). TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Project is going through the rezoning and site plan approval process with the city. The city currently expects to secure a construction team spring 2026. Construction start is targeted fall 2026 for an opening fall 2029. *Timelines are subject to change.
