Pending Board of Approval for the Awarded Bidder is on March 24, 2022. The Work includes an 11,180 SF interior remodel of an existing Auto Body classroom and vocational space into a Robotics classroom and vocational space. The remodel includes the addition of one (1) new classroom, one (1) new rooftop HVAC unit and exterior door, selective demolition, general cleaning, replacing existing doors, frame and hardware in select locations, and electrical/low voltage improvements. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B, B2.
