Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Palmer Park Phases 2 & 3 The Project consists of various site improvements to Palmer Park, which includes the following: aEURcDemolition of existing play surface, asphalt pavement, gazebo, and timber walls/fencing aEURcInstallation of concrete sidewalk, curb, steps, ADA Ramp, and pavement restoration aEURcInstallation of park features such as gazebo, wood fiber fabric, site lighting, park table, bench, and timber retaining wall Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Coatesville, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, September 21, 2021 5:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. Issuance of the notice to proceed is outlined under Section 4.01 of the General Conditions. Substantial completion is 90 days after the commencement of the contract time and final completion is 120 days after the commencement of contract time.
