Work completion time: 30 weeks The Project Manager, Integrated Health and Social Services Center of Montérégie-Est, headquartered at 2750 boulevard Laframboise, St-Hyacinthe (Quebec) J2S 4Y8 is requesting bids for the construction work of the project mentioned in the title. Interested parties can only obtain the tender documents through the electronic tender system. (website or for the Montreal region at 514-856-6600 or for outside toll free at 1-866-669-7326). The integrated health and social services center of Montérégie-Est (CISSSME) is requesting bids for the expansion of the Hôtel-Dieu de Sorel in order to set up a new MRI department, including a new mechanical room in the basement of the expansion. Work on the existing side will be necessary in order to make the link with the new construction. Modifications to the parking lot will also be necessary. A new Faraday cage will be supplied and installed by SDI Canada, supplier of the CISSSME (the drawings are attached to the call for tenders). All phases of this work are to be coordinated by the general contractor. New magnetic resonance equipment will be delivered and installed by Philips Healthcare, and will be coordinated with the CISSSME and the general contractor. During these visits, representatives of the Project Manager will answer questions from bidders. All bidders, contractors and sub-contractors will be considered to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted.
