Replace Roofing Systems Less than $900,000 Project has been cancelled This project includes the roof replacement of five of the existing buildings located at Moraine Hills State Park and one of the existing buildings located at the Stratton Lock and Dam. Roof system include asphalt shingle, single-ply EPDM, and metal roof systems. a. Moraine Hills State Park Office/Visitor Center Building (A9667): (1) Remove existing asphalt shingle roofing system to the existing roof deck. (2) Replace or repair damaged sections of roof deck as required. (3) Provide new flashings, roof insulation, and asphalt shingle roofing system. (4) Paint all trim and soffits to remain. (5) Provide new gutters and downspouts with leaf guard system. (6) Provide ice and water dam at all valleys, ridges, and roof edges. b. Lily Lake Barn (A9680): (1) Remove existing asphalt shingle roofing system to the existing roof deck. (2) Replace or repair damaged section roof deck as required. (3) Remove existing fascias. (4) Provide new flashings, fascias, soffits, gutters, and downspouts. (5) Provide new formed metal panel roof system. (6) Provide ice and water dam at all valleys, ridges, and roof edges. c. Fisheries Shed (A9683): (1) Remove existing asphalt shingle roofing system to the existing roof deck. (2) Replace or repair damaged sections of roof deck as required. (3) Provide new flashings, roof insulation, and asphalt shingle roofing system. (4) Paint all trim and soffits to remain (a) Replace missing pieces of metal fascia to match existing. (5) Provide new gutters and downspout with leaf guard system. (6) Provide ice and water dam at all valleys, ridges, and roof edges. d. Cold Storage (A9681): (1) Remove existing asphalt shingle roofing system to the existing roof deck. (2) Replace or repair damaged sections of roof deck as required. (3) Provide new flashings, roof insulation, and asphalt shingle roofing system. (4) Paint all trim and soffits to remain. (5) Provide new gutters and downspout with leaf guard system. (6) Provide ice and water dam at all valleys, ridges, and roof edges. e. Re-Fueling Station (A9709): (1) Remove existing asphalt shingle roofing system to the existing roof deck. (2) Replace or repair damaged sections of roof deck as required. (3) Provide new flashings. (4) Paint all trim to remain. (5) Provide new gutters and downspout. (6) Provide new formed metal panel roof system with leaf guard system. (7) Provide ice and water dam at all valleys, ridges, and roof edges. f. Stratton Lock and Dam Office and Shop (D1003): (1) Remove existing membrane flat roofing system and roof insulation, including skylights, parapet wall flashings, etc. to the existing roof deck. (2) Repair or replace any damaged sections of roof decking as required. (3) Provide new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM membrane roofing system, code compliant rigid insulation (R-30 min.), and all associated flashings. (4) Replace existing soffits and fascia with new. (5) Replace the four skylights as required with new curbs and flashings. (6) Remove the existing window systems and provide new code compliant energy-efficient windows to replace them (Alternate Nos. 1 and 2). (7) Remove the existing fiberglass insulation under the wood deck in its entirety (Alternate No. 3). The participation goal percentages on the amount of the contract awarded by CDB for this project are: twenty percent (20%) MBE, three percent (3%) WBE, and two percent (2%) VBE/PBE.
