The County of Kane is accepting bids from experienced & qualified vendors to provide all materials, equipment & labor for the Ogden Gardens Water Main Improvements Project. This project is owned and operated by the Ogden Gardens Water Trust (2). Kane County Water Resources and Office of Community Reinvestment are providing resources to the Water Trust for technical assistance and grant funding. The project is located in Aurora Township, north of East New York Street & south of Liberty Street between Parkside and Eastern. This project is funded through Community Development Block Grant Funds. Prevailing wage requirements apply. CDBG STATEMENT This contracting opportunity has been made possible, in part, by the Kane County Board, through its Office of Community Reinvestment, with federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Section 3 Businesses and Minority/Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid on this project. Federal prevailing wage requirements apply to this contract.
