Replacement of mechanical and electrical systems - Rochebelle high school at the Pavillon Jacques-Rousseau Pavilion: design a ventilation system for all the premises including air dehumidification; replacement of the gymnasium ventilation system; replacement of electrical components, panels, light fixtures, etc .; replacement of plumbing components; heating network, sanitary and rainwater drainage network; modification work in some premises to accommodate a new vocation. TIMELINE: The project is in a concept establishment phase and will follow the renovation of the Gilles-Vigneault pavilion of the same Rochebelle school that is not followed in the report under CRM ID name Renovation of Interior Finishes and Upgrading of Mechanical/Electrical Systems at École De Rochebelle in the Gilles-Vigneault Building. Timelines of the project development are being finalized. Further update in summer-fall, 2026.
