Renovation of a civil project in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
PN - 14-08015-04 Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2022. The work consists of the installation of three (3) ion exchange resin treatment systems, including treatment building and associated piping in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual. Work is contained under three (3) lump sum contracts The following professional consultant is responsible to the Authority for the project: Gilmore & Associates, Inc., 65 East Butler Avenue, Suite 100, New Britain, PA 18901. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Clarification deadline 10/4/2021 5:00 pm Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. Estimated Project Value: $550,000 - $625,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
