Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bowmanville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking a qualified company to complete the reconstruction of Flett Street from Southway Drive to Parkway Crescent and Parkway Avenue between Parkway Crescent in addition to local area sidewalk installation. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained within the tender document. The project scope includes: - Reconstruction of Flett Street from Southway Drive to Parkway Crescent including storm sewer removal and replacement, subdrain installation, removal and reinstatement of road structure, curbs, driveway aprons and general area restoration. - Reconstruction of Parkway Avenue between Parkway Crescent including storm sewer removal and replacement, subdrain installation, removal and reinstatement of road structure, curbs, driveway aprons and general area restoration. - Installation of sidewalk on Parkway Avenue from Liberty Street to Parkway Crescent. - Installation of sidewalk and roadway curb on Parkway Crescent from Parkway Avenue to the frontage of St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School.
