The RTU has a 15 hp supply fan and 40-ton DX coil and associated air-cooled condensing module with three compressors. AHU-13 is a Trane rooftop unit that provides air conditioning and ventilation to the school's approximately 800-seat auditorium. The RTU has a 25 hp supply fan, 5 hp powered exhaust fan and 75-ton DX coil and associated air-cooled condensing module with two compressors.
