The manufacturer / contractor shall supply lighting equipment to meet or exceed the standards set forth in these specifications. . The sports lighting will be for the following venues: 1. Track Each Bidder must deposit, with their sealed bid, security in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid and all Alternate Bids in the proper form subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders (Page 3).
