The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the construction of a new kitchen and laundry facility at the Clarinda Correctional Facility (CCF) 2000 N. 16th St., Clarinda, IA 51632. Scope of the project includes general construction, concrete, masonry, precast, structural steel, EPDM roofing, food service equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety/security, earthwork, paving, utilities, etc The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin March 2023 Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
