The project is to prepare the site for construction of Schneider Park Soccer Complex Phase I improvements. Work includes but is not limited to: building demolition, pavement removal and temporary site restoration at the formal ODOT site and within Schneider Park. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS Bids for this project can only be accepted electronically. All lines shall be quoted. All bids must have the required paperwork and bid guaranty attached with this e-bid in order to be deemed responsive. If you are e-bidding and are using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The bid guaranty may be a bid bond or a certified check or cashiers check on a solvent bank. Prevailing Wages are required for this project. It is the obligation of a contractor or subcontractor to make payment in accordance with the prevailing wage determinations.
