The Project entails: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct an air scour system in the filters of the Fritz Lanham Water Treatment Plant, as well as associated structural, electrical, instrumentation and SCADA improvements The City of Baytown is an Affirmative Action/ Equal Opportunity Employer. Section 3 Residents, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bid Security and Bonds: Bid Security in the form of Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Baytown inthe amount of 5% of thetotal base bid price must accompany each proposal. Bid Security shall be delivered to: Office of City Purchasing Division, 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Texas 77520. The City of Baytown reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contract, if any, will be awarded based on provision of "Best Value" to the owner. 2019-0269-00
