Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 5,615 LF of 6-inch and 8-inch waterlines via open cut construction and approximately 1,476 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer mains to be replaced in place via open-cut construction for the 2022 SMP Package III (Henry St, Surrels Ave, W. Gramercy Pl, Rounds St) Project, SAWS Job No. 21-5011 and 21-5513. For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact Susan Rodriquez, Contract Administrator, in writing via email to: Susan.Rodriquez@saws.org or by fax to (210) 233-5176 until 2:00 PM (CT) on September 22, 2021. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CT) on September 28, 2021 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. If Bidders intend to submit bids electronically, Bidders will need to submit a request by October 4, 2021 by 10:30 AM CDT to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to Susan.Rodriquez@saws.org. Bidder's email requesting access to the FTP site shall provide the legal name of Bidder's company and the intended recipient's email address and phone number.
