Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of January 17th, 2023 this project is pending an award decision. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to replace and upgrade the electrical systems. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Jane E. Delong Memorial Association, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount of equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. A Payment Bond will also be required with the bid. In addition to the Equal Employment requirements of Executive Order 11246 regarding discrimination, the CONTRATOR must establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 1% goal for minority participation in his/her aggregate on-site construction workforce for contracts in excess of $10,000.
