Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Randolph, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in these Specifications and shown on the Plans to construct floor topping at the Mount Olive Transfer Station. The Transfer Station Building is located on the South Side of Gold Mine Road. The work will include the following shotblasting existing concrete slab and driveway apron; placement of approximately 16,000 SF of concrete floor topping; installation of new trench drain; extension of observation deck slab; replacement of pipe bollards; and steel railing. Bids must be accompanied by Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashiers Check drawn to the order of the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority for ten percent of the total amount bid, provided said security need not be more than $20,000.00.All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance and Maintenance Bond upon the award of contract. The signed Proposal forms and bid security must be delivered to the place and on or before the hour named. The accepted bidder must sign the contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award or forfeit his bid security. Bid securities will be returned to all but the three apparent lowest responsible bidders. All other bid securities will be returned within three days after awarding and signing of the contract and approval of the Contractor's Performance Bond, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays excepted. This contract is subject to the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq. Bidders who have previously submitted bids for this project will be furnished a new set of Plans and Specifications at no charge.
