Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Georgetown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Scott County Fiscal Court will receive bids to furnish all labor and materials to complete the work indicated in the Bid Documents for the Lisle Road Soccer Complex- Building, 564 Lisle Road, Georgetown, KY 40324. The Project includes the construction of a new restroom and concessions building to serve the Lisle Road Soccer Complex. Sitework improvements are currently underway on site, and the building Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating with the Sitework contractor for access, utility work, etc. as indicated in the Documents. The building contractor shall also be responsible for the construction of utilities that serve the building within the footprint and up to 5' outside of the building footprint, where the Sitework Contractor will make connections. There is one Alternate No. 1, a deductive alternate associated with the building framing. See the Project Manual and Cover Sheet of the Drawings for additional information and requirements. Work is to be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents (plans, specifications, addenda) as prepared by Murphy Group Architects, Brown + Kubican Structural Engineers, Staggs & Fisher Consulting Engineers and Element Design, PLLC. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids that is in the best interest of the Owner. The Project Schedule requires Final Completion of the project in a total of 180 calendar days, 150 days to Substantial Completion, plus 30 days to Final Completion. Liquidated damages will be assessed at a rate of $250 / day for both Substantial Completion and Final Completion if the completion date is not met.
